ZoomPanRectsEnabled

Description

Enables preview of the zoom-pan effect in the FBEditor movie display.

If this property is set to True, the FBEditor movie display shows what the end-user will see when the movie is played or exported.

If this property is set to False, the FBEditor movie display shows any zoom-pan objects in the current frame as a green rectangle, indicating the area that is to be zoomed into.
